Flagler Women's XC Volunteers at Pink up the Pace

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. − The Flagler College women’s cross country team volunteered at the inaugural “Pink up the Pace” 5K breast cancer awareness walk/run on Sept. 26. The course wound around the historic district of downtown St. Augustine.

The team members were scattered along the course making sure the competitors were heading in the right direction as well as cheering them on as they passed.

The race proceeds will be used to educate and assist under-served women in St. Johns County for early detection.
