Volleyball Player of the Week: Kaitlyn Krafka, Lander

Krafka had two double-doubles in three matches last week and was one dig shy of a third as the Bearcats went 2-1.  The freshman outside hitter from Kyle, Texas, averaged 4.23 kills and 3.46 digs per set in 13 sets played.  She opened with 19 kills and 18 digs against Erskine, hitting .294.  She followed that with 20 kills and 18 digs in a 3-1 win at Augusta.  She finished with 16 kills in a five-set loss at Georgia College.  She added three aces and two blocks on the week.  Krafka leads the PBC with 4.16 kills per set and 291 total kills.  She is also seventh in the league in total digs and eighth in digs per set.
