Player of the Week: Allie Schneider, UNC Pembroke

Schneider was an offensive force as the Lady Braves went 3-1. The freshman averaged 4.42 kills and 3.35 digs per game, reaching double-figure kills in all four matches and double-figure digs three times. She began with a 20-kill, 16-dig performance in a 3-2 loss to Francis Marion. She then had 17 kills with 13 digs against Fayetteville State, 10 kills and 10 digs in a sweep of Queens and hit .343 with 15 kills and eight digs at St. Andrews. Schneider also collected six aces six total blocks. Currently ranked second in the league in kills and 10th in digs.
