Moate captures his second straight weekly honor after hitting an NCAA provisional mark in the 200m at the Miami Hurricane Alumni Invitational. The sophomore from Lakeland, Fla., ran a personal-best 21.29, finishing fourth overall in a field of 52 sprinters, mostly from Division I schools or professionals. That time is the fastest in the PBC this season and 12th-fastest in all of Division II so far this season. He also ran the anchor leg on the 4x100 relay team that turned in a time of 41.58. Moate is one of two PBC athletes to set provisional times in both the 100- and 200-meter races.
