Why did you choose a Division II institution?
I was not focused on choosing a certain Division. I was focused on finding a school that was strong academically and a softball program that would be appropriate for me. Flagler just happened to be a great Division II school.

What is your most memorable experience to date as a student-athlete?
Our very first game last year as a program at Flagler College against Florida Tech. It felt amazing to start an amazing first year program.

What are your career aspirations?
I want to become a teacher, but after graduation I plan on going back to get my Masters in Elementary Education. I also plan on getting my degree in American Sign Language/Deaf Education and become a translator for the legal system.

What was the first job you ever had?
The first job I actually had was as a pitching/catching coach for a 14 & under travel team out of Orange Beach, Alabama.

What is your favorite pre-game meal?
My favorite pre-game meal is a Firehouse sub and fruit punch Powerade.

If you could be a student-athlete in any other sport than the one you compete, what would you have wanted to play and why?
If I was not to play softball in college and was able to play soccer I would. I played soccer during high school and loved it. I like the fact that it's more of a contact sport. You get an adrenaline rush everytime you have the ball.

What is your favorite book? The Outsiders

What is your favorite sports team (other than the one you play for)? Indianapolis Colts

What is your favorite vacation spot and why?
I love going to Tennessee any chance I get. The mountains are beautiful and a huge change from the beaches and sand. My family lives there also, so it's always nice to see them.

When you are not hitting the books, what are your hobbies?
I love watching other sports around the school. Going to any level football game is also one of my favorite things to do.

Name an actor/actress in a television show/movie that is most like you and describe why:
I feel like Topanga from Boy Meets World is alot like me. I think any girl could relate to her and the different things she goes through growing up. She's very loyal and outgoing which I feel in myself as well.
